I went in to collect and online order and served by Mr Billy and every thing is perfect as ordered and he is very fast and confident in his job , really nice team work

Three ladies on the service tills were cheerful and helpful. Trade outlets can be a bit macho, or feels like it when you are not quite sure what you need. I was helped, offered to sign me up for their trade discount scheme. Will definitely be back again.

Never had a poor experience at Orpington- all the staff are helpful and cheerful - what a change from the usual retail experience of unhelpful and miserable staff . Neil particularly helpful today. Well done all.

Very pleasant and efficient service from the Orpington store. As usual.
However, I only had to call because, for one item, I mistakenly hit the 'Collection' button on-line, instead of the 'Delivery' button - so, I had 6 items delivered and had to collect a £1.39 switch! Yes, totally my fault, but, dear T.S, couldn't you make your website a little more foolproof? I'm apparently far from the only dimbo to have had to collect a stray item which should have been included in the delivery

I went in to collect and online order for a (Led Lenser head torch). While waiting, Customer counter rep Toby came outside the counter greeted me and checked my order number on my phone and hurried off to fetch it for me. After inspecting the order, I realised I had purchased the wrong item. Toby was so helpful, patient, well spoken and was happy to help me find the correct Item. When the replacement item wasn't in stock. He refunded me for my item and helped me to source it from another branch. 5*s for Toby. Well done!

Ordered a click and collect. Received the text to say it was ready, but when I walked down to collect it, they told me it was out of stock. The guy didn't apologise or anything.... go to screwfix opposite if you can!
