Wilko has always been great. Staff are always so nice polite and helpful. Always have what I need for my home. Prices aren't to bad. Often have cheaper ones of bigger brands which is always good depending on what you need

Good store, their staff are helpful and I like the range of DIY products available.

This store seemed to have everything I needed. However the one item I did intentionally go in for didn't seem to be out on the shelves, when I asked a member of staff if it was available I was quickly dismissed without even checking the stock for me. I looked online and it said the store had it in stock. When I called the store I spoke to a lovely member of staff who went above and beyond.
She actually looked for me and even provided me a voucher that gave me free delivery to my home address.

This was the only time I spoke with a rude member of staff. I didn't give her name as she did look busy, and it wasn't worth bringing her name up as she could have been having a bad day.

This store is still fantastic.

Wilko's are always great for having almost everything you are looking for, and tonnes of things you aren't, but suddenly find yourself filling your basket with.
From household essentials, to picture frames, paint and plug sockets, Wilko is a great place to shop.

Ok , they do this awesome paint, which goes on pink (think Germoline), and dries white. Brilliant, eh? But not brilliant when You need it quickly and open the lid to see PINK! (And the fact it goes on pink, dries white is in tiny, tiny writing, so we didnt see this) PANIC sets in, ran back to the shop, but they were closed already, went to four more places before buying another tin of white paint.
Also because it had been opened, they refused to take it back, which is even more annoying, as we onlybneeded about a quarter of a litre to touch up, and now have 9 and 3/4 litres left over!!!!!

Nice store i like wilko but there is alway gaps on the shelves. Not the staff fault, they are alway very cheerful and helpfull

Great place for shopping for all your household items at very reasonable prices.
