My worst online purchase experience. This company trades online as handlesandthings. Firstly, the advertised prices are exclusive of taxes and you only get to know later about this after you have paid for the goods. As if that is not enough what is advertised is not what they post to the customer but you get inferior products and the trader explains that it is just a name and that doesn't matter. I finally decided that was enough and demanded a refund. Getting my refund also proved to be a pain in the neck which took more than a month and whenever I called I was promised of a refund in three days. All in all this was my worst experience and quite exhausting. I will never buy from this company again!!!

Only gave a 1 because I couldn't give a 0. I'd suggest avoiding as they seem to have gone out our business but are still trading online as Handles and Things. Order weeks ago and have tried calling but their phone is off the hook. Avoid at all costs .

Live locally, bought a couple of things. Good quality british craftsman handles, locks and letterboxes at decent prices

Never buy from this store or online at Handles and Things.Have items on their website which they take orders for but are no longer made,therefore impossible to supply.Take your money by credit card and promise delivery.Finally cancelled order and was promised refund.Never arrived.
Has taken 7 weeks to get my money back via credit card company after investigating.Still not able to award zero stars as many others that review them would.

I ordered a product through Amazon. It hasn't come on the date promised and there is no tracking number to review shipping status. I have been given a run around by Amazon on trying to track the product.

Only a 1 star as I couldn't give a 0 star. Avoid at all costs. They advertise goods on line that they cannot supply and then don't refund your money. This is fraud

The owner of the store is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only is he NOT able to cut keys properly he greets you with very defensive and rude manner on his mistake. Do not waste your time or your money!

Yeah total tosser...never answers phone. bought online not arrived .
