This is a good place to shop until something goes wrong. I bought a set of Torx keys, but the size I was after didn't fit in the screw I was trying to remove. My other torx bits of the same size fit perfectly but the new one I bought (because I needed one with a longer shaft) was just too large to fit in the screws properly. I tried to exchange the set a day after I bought it but the store clerk outright refused to even try to accommodate me or contact the supplier about this faulty product. Really poor service, they won't see me again.

Great service, great products. You rarely get such one-to-one customer service these days. I was having a problem with the lock on my door and I talked to the manager about it. He took the time to look around his shop and find the part for me. Five stars for product, service, and price.

Knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it then they can get it for you - usually next day. You can buy almost anything you're likely to need. Amazing selection of home appliances too. They stock things you didn't know you needed which makes them a fantastic resource to Walton.

Lots of good stuff and prices are very reasonable. This place has had almost everything I've needed for every hobby or project that I have had. Their prices are fair. You're almost guaranteed to find something you need that you didnt even know you could find locally.
