Toolstation Cannock

The staff at the Cannock branch of Toolstation are without doubt the best in the country. If i could award a hundred stars i would. Nothing is ever an issue and it is always service with a smile! I have recommended Toolstation to many of my friends and colleagues and everyone i know talks so highly of the team there - especially Sam who is incredible. The service and professionalism of the whole team should be highly commended. They are BRILLIANT. Well done!! 🥇🏆🏅

I can't praise Karen enough at Toolstation Cannock. Having ordered 2 600mm x 1800mm radiators during lockdown, one was badly dented, and after being collected by Tuffnell's it never made it back to Bridgwater, after 5 weeks I received a refund, as the radiators were now out of stock. Fast forward 2 months and the radiators are now available, however having received a further 3 with damage, a combination of poor packaging,
and poor handling by Tuffnell's. Customer Services agreed to get one sent to the Cannock store to see if this would be handled better by Tuffnell's. Unfortunately this one was also damaged. Another one was mistakenly delivered to my home, and the radiator was physically good, however the trims were damaged. I went to Toolstation Cannock to view yet another radiator delivered to store, and again this was dented. Karen was the lady dealing with me and I discussed the problems I was having. She asked me to wait while she looked for something in the storeroom, and amazingly they kept spare trims, to replace the damaged ones on the best radiator (number 6) I had received. Without Karen's help, I still wouldn't have a radiator in my living room. Her actions have restored my faith in Toolstation, thank you.

l bought two push fitting for waste pipe inch and a half got home to find one of the washers were missing.Not Good

Shop at my local store (Cannock) weekly as a Trader and the staff are always happy to help and assist if you cannot find what your looking for. Most item available off the shelf same day or next which is ideal as a Trader and at a very competitive price.

Amazing customer service from Sam. I managed to get everything I needed with her help. Great store all staff very helpful everytime I come in they are always happy to help. Thanks to cannock toolstation for brilliant customer service

We have opened a store next door to Toolstation and we have bought numerous items needed to help open and maintain our store and we cant recommend this store enough! Special Mention to Jamie who is always helpful and always goes beyond to ensure we get what we need! keep up the work!!

Lady from Nottingham amazing. Couldnt do enough to help me. Fantastic unlike my experience in BQ where I was totally ignored to the point I thought I was invisible Tool Station got the cash. Amazing lady +++++++ A1

Fantastic customer service, friendly staff, efficient and attentive.
The shop manager was fantastic with helping me as I don’t know anything about DIY, taking time out of her Sunday to help me.
