Small but with wide range of products. Friendly staff and plenty of parking space around.

Well what can I say .. fantastic store well stocked.
But the Cutomer service by certain staff is below standard.
I asked the supervisor to address a missing part .
The missing part is less than 1p..
She expected me to do a 32 mile round trip ?
I said really .. Yes ... So phoned head office Who had to phone the store to fix the issue.
Can I suggest you train your staff on correct procedures and Customer Service..

Lovely staff- I went in after queuing for 20 minutes or so and was greeted by a lovely lady on the door who wiped down my basket. I watched her get abuse from a man a free minutes before which was a shame. We had a nice chat at 2m and then I went in. I couldn't find something and the staff helped me with no problem. When I paid, Diane on the till was a pleasure and they scanned through a screen so there was no contact. Really great shop and the four ladies on shift today were a breath of fresh air. Thank you for your hard work 😁

Wilko's what a wondeful shop. You go in for a light bulb and end up coming out with a basket of items you didn't really need. It deserves five stars as it usually has obscure items that other shops wouldn't have in. Good value as well!

Went at 17:30 closed but on website said they close at 18:00

Reall friendly staff would give 5 stars but a lot of empty shelves and had not got bulbs in stock I needed

Encountered a very rude member of staff on a recent visit. Not sure anyone was aware of the self serve till or queuing system in the centre aisle as the queue for the one open till was across the front of the shop. Better signage and attitude required. I've not visited the shop much during the last 12 months as there are generally queues to get in and I won't be rushing back.
