We had a problem with our back door lock, it had jammed in the shut position. We were referred to Andy by Thamesview Windows - also very helpful - and spoke to Andy. He offered to come out that same afternoon. Andy spent an hour removing the lock and refitting a new one.
We never asked how much it would be and i feel happy with waht he charged.
Would recommend to anyone needing a quick and efficient service.

Handy locksmith and window and other accessories. Good range of keys. Friendly service. Not all new keys work, but the accept returns with receipts. Always helpful. I've been back several times over the years.

Very helpful. Great old fashioned hardware store. Should really use more often. Better than the local DIY stores.
