Very bad service and customer care we paid for materials in full and was told they would be ready for collection in 3 weeks it only 4 months and no curtesy calls to let you know what's happening with the materials. Went to check for the materials today and was told that they had rang me 3 weeks ago to say the materials are in but I had no calls from them so can't rate them only if you have time to keeping going back and forth as they don't have time to call they customer's to let them know about they goods.
I will never use them again even if they are the last resort. I rate them a BIG 0

This is the best place in every sense for most DIY needs. Over the years I moved from visiting Homebase to Welford Ironmongers. Quality of power tools, locks, fireworks, screws and much more came on back of good advice from the staff there and never compromised in any way and at lower price than diy chain stores…
