Toolstation Colchester Severalls

All the usual products,very helpful staff, willing to help out. always have welcoming personable attitude all covid measures in place.

I started using the Severals branch at the beginning of the lock down and now go out of my way to shop there. The staff are very helpful who recognise you as a regular customer and treat you accordingly. I must mention Julie and Karen, they are so helpful, sometimes when I do a click and collect, the ordered items are on the counter waiting when they see me approaching

I feel terribly let down by toolstation,
Supposed to be next day delivery but again they let me down then yesterday a courier turned up with what ai thought was all my order until I realised it can’t be because of the size of the box.
Spent nearly £300.00 with them and £150.00 of goods have not been delivered. Today I have tried calling colchester branch but queue system says I am 38 in the waiting queue !
I wish I had just shopped with Screwfix as there is none of these problems that I am experiencing from Toolstation. The queue system is taking ages to move and I have been waiting on the phone now for 40 minutes to speak to someone at customer services. I after spending 40 minutes eating and hearing that I am now 36 in the queue I have hung up as this is a bloody disgrace !

Great range, super staff who are always helpful. Karen, Julie, Debs and Chris definitely make shopping a easy and pleasant experience.

Lovely store to walk into staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are well satisfied. Nice location with plenty of parking and store is always well presented and clean.

Memebers of staff that are a real Credit to the company are Becky and Karen I always try to make sure that I pop in and get what I need when either one of them are working.

Would recommend to anyone to use this store more then any other company or stores in colchester area.

Just love this store. The staff are always friendly and helpful, I visit there at least once a week and the staff know who I am as I walk in the door.
My order is always processed quickly, the range of sticked product is excellent and the value for money is always good.
Like any store you need to ensure the product you're buying is suitable for the job at hand and it's application - you can buy a battery drill for under £30 or over £300 - depends on its intended service life.
Returns process is easy and no quibble, on the odd occasions I have needed to use it.

Ordering to collection is normally a matter of minutes - I can't fault them!
