I have found them consistently highly efficient but above all friendly and helpful. I will definitely advise friends for household tools and DIY equipment.

Large range of products, I needed a new programmer for my central heating. Old one replaced by new model, they are not plumber merchants but seem to stock a range of these products.

No more catalogues out on desks anymore it seems...Best to click and collect....if you just turn up better hope for fast data on your phone...website felt better than the app on my high spec phone though.
.took 30+ minutes.to select 4 items..then queued for 20 minutes ate about 7pm.

Shame they don't seem to offer customers a WiFi hotspot as you really need it nowadays to check for item.

Not a great experience. Preferring Toolstation these days.

Probably the worst run Screwfix I have ever been to, the Branch Manager David did not have a clue about what he was doing whilst serving on tills. He kept asking for assistance for every step from every colleague with 0 confidence in how to do it himself. In the end he tried to sell me something more than what I needed, clearly sales fixated and not customer focused. Also noticed him being verbally abusive to his staff. I asked the staff member if everything was okay and he said don't worry about it, he's always like that. That man needs to go, very toxic environment. Well that's the last time I shop there! Watford Wiggenhall it is!

Great range of products at great prices. I usually check stock on line and reserve for click and collect. Staff are always polite and helpful.
