Queue not too bad generally and even when a bit longer goes down quickly. Fellas behind the counter can lay their hands on the goods quickly, no messing about. Thankyou to all there.

Charlotte & Halim were very helpful at recommending me products needed for our DIY project and assisted me throughout the entire process making sure I didn't make any incorrect purchases. Thanks Guys 🤗

If Managers actually check their cctv and see how customers are spoken to and made to wait is the reason why most likely their numbers are down. It does take smart person to notice that. Disgusting customers service.

Of the 16 item i wanted they had 3. Went elsewhere and wont be back.

Wide selection is stock as per all toolstations. But note like all toolstations quantities of stock are always low on items you require!
Not a long wait when inside. But unfortunately doesn't open until 7! An hour earlier would make it great for all us who drive into the city for work.
