If I could give this store a minus I would. just spoken to an "advisor" very rude and unhelpful. I am desperate to get some rounded top edging that your store was showing in stock and as I was to drive all the way from Sutton, wanted to make sure that there is sufficient quantity in stock to avoid wasting a journey in case the stock level is wrong. I asked if somebody could go and check the stock to make sure I was told no. Well if this the way B&Q looks to carry out business going forward I will look elsewhere from now on. Disappointing to say the least

Went there to return a tool station item that I bought from another branch but did not use (although I opened it) supervisor was reluctant to allow the return but eventually agreed as it could be resold and there was no damage to the package. Thankful to her for the flexibility.

Came to order for a delivery and absolutely disgusting rude unwelcoming behaviour. Not helpful at all. Rushing customers, zero customer services didn't even do my order properly and had to come in to re order. Tradepoint staff need to be retrained.
