I didn’t expect to have soo good soup from a vending machine. It’s like a florentine hot tomato soup in a fine dining.

I had a great visit in this store today. I was served by Karolina who proceeded with my refund in a very fast and professional manner. Great distinctive personality. I’ve visited other branches in the past but now I certainly will be coming back here!

Good range in stock, click and collect is easy and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking outside which isn’t always the case with places like these. St Albans is nearer for me but I prefer to travel a bit further and go to Welwyn.

The two staff NIKKI and MAXINE of the store are very helpful,friendly and very knowledgeable. Specially NIKKI got a great memory of the products and the customers. She is brilliant of her work. Both have great customer service experience. It’s been great to have a persons like Nikki and Maxine for the business and also for the customers. All the best !!👍👍

Served today by a very helpful and polite chap called Rob. Items I required were in stock and at the best price anywhere, even compared to online!
