Pretty good. Toilets are right next door too which is perfect. Pretty good prices but need more staff on the tills as ques get quite long.

The place is good and has a wide range of products. Parking and the approach road was bit fusing as a new comer. Should have provided parking free space for atleast an hour.

Looking for something unusual, so I asked Tim on the shop floor. He thought out of the box and led me to the pet section where he found the ideal thing. Well done Tim.

Hire some bloody staff and if you want to offer self service, a) do it properly with machines designed for customers and b) have bags available. Woman supposedly assigned to self service was a miserable piece of work. Slightly cheaper prices on some items not worth the trouble of shopping at wilko

Very rude, abrupt unpleasant staff member.
Tutted loudly, rolled her eyes and sighed multiple times, basically trying to embarrass me at the self service till that was not working properly.
I am very capable of using technology when it's working properly....I hate to think how she would make someone else feel if not so capable.
No explanation, no apology for her rudeness. Attitude just not necessary when we are all just trying to go about our day.
She was totally lacking in personality or customer service.

Simple, honest, cheap, products. A wide selection of products that are good quality for the price. The downside, on busy times you can be queuing for a little bit.

Shelves were in need of restocking. Drive 45 mins to get here and the home brewing section was so badly stocked. Nothing at all that I needed very disappointed
