Toolstation Mansfield

After visiting diy stores and them not having any idea what I was looking for, I visited toolsation in Mansfield and the man at the desk knew straight away what I needed. Very pleased I got the product I needed. Thank you

3 wasted visits as store closed early and no communication of this. Got text to say order ready but store was shut 3 hours before closing time

All staff are great. Management helpful, friendly and polite. Thank you

Don't turn up expecting things to be readily available. Best to check on the website first before going, most things seem to be heading toward next day delivery. Screwfix is currently even worse, hardly anything in stock

The first store I have walked into and it felt like home, Julie directed me in the right direction of what i needed and also listened whilst I was mumbling and pre order my other items words do not describe me how much that meant in a world of minimum human interaction.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Toolstation. Over the weekend, I decided I was going to pull out my kitchen sink and replace it with a new one. I had no prior experience with plumbing and hit a fair few roadblocks on the way. I went into the store to see if they could offer any advice and help me find the parts I needed to get my sink sorted. The staff were incredibly accommodating and one member stayed with me for around 15 minutes while looking at verious solutions to install my new sink. I am pleased to report everything fit well and I now have a working kitchen sink with no leaks!

I recently went to toolstation Mansfield not really knowing what I needed for some DIY. John who apparently is the new manager was really helpful and can not fault his service. He not only went through options for me, he brought different things out for me so I could make my mind up. He also gave me some advice to put washing up liquid on a pipe before fitting so it was easier. Awesome stuff, thank you so much. I will be back for sure and I will be telling my friend and family bout the amazing service I received. 10⭐️ from me!!! Thanks John. Please pass on my thanks to him

Out of Toolstation and the opposite screwfix I choose Toolstation now all the time. Prices are either less or the same, but more importantly the staff recognise you and are very polite and friendly. It's like the Cheers bar of DIY stores. I hope the Toolstation management realise this because this is the reason why Toolstation is my first choice over the impersonal, cold screwfix.
