Toolstation Sutton in Ashfield

Zoe and Emma are awesome, both really polite and friendly too. Make a lady visiting a typically men's environment seem less daunting as well. Will definitely be returning here next time the husband asks me to pick anything up for him :)

Zoe and Emma were beyond helpful, they may not of had the product I wanted in stock but helped me out by telling me another branch had what I wanted. Great banter and energy from these awesome ladies. Couldn’t of asked for better customer service from them. I’d give these smiling women 6 stars if I could. I’d use Sutton In Ashfield branch again just because of them. Thank you ladies, Andy (I got the trousers in the end) 😬

Excellent customer service from Zoe, it was great that she saw my daughter as part of my transaction and by including her made the experience a pleasure.

More stores should look at children as area to consider as a lot of customers will have to bring them along to make their purchases.

Fab customer service. Ordered and collected within the space of an hour, and served by Zoe who was a real pleasure to deal with, along with her colleague Deb. Very friendly, speedy service and left with a smile on my face.

Went in twice and bank holiday Sunday, Zoe n Emma were on the counter….Both very helpful and knowledgeable…. Helped me sort out my sink emergency quite easily 👌👌👍👍

Been meaning to post this for a while, but went into Toolstation in Sutton in Ashfield one evening a while ago just to buy an item, and had the best customer service from the two employees there (Zoe and Deb). There were very friendly and extremely entertaining. They gave great advice and really made me feel good about shopping at that store.

Just been to the Sutton in Ashfield branch for some t 30 screw drivers even tho they didn’t have them in stock Zoe went out of her way to find me the right tool for my job and her manager Phil was just as helpful even with a busy shop thank you too both of you made me feel wanted and appreciated for the custom as my order was only £9 but still had the time and effort for me well done Zoe and Phil
