Good shop for essentials and affordable prices. Some items were out of stock hence 4 stars. Otherwise the staff at the tills are always friendly and helpful and genuine.

3 or 4 years ago this was a useful store for home / garden ware etc, now the shelves are routinely empty of any useful stock, I am not sure whether it is supply chain issues or poor management but the shop is essentially a waste of space. The photos attached are a good representation of how much of the shop often looks.

When ever I go into any wilkos store the shelves are half empty and there's never any staff on the floor to ask questions to. Always long quews and never enough staff to attend to the long wait time. I avoid going to wilkos now, because I find the whole shopping experience stressful. More staff on the tills please and shelves filled please.

Not sure what has happened. Used to be a very good store with good products and prices. Shelves have been empty for several months now, the store looks abandoned and escalators don't work. I have a feeling the store will no longer be there by next year.

Decent store with good prices. I've found the staff generally polite most of the time. Regular queue at the cash checkout though.

Good size shop over 3 floors, had a long wait to pay for good, shelves looking empty. Some products are a good price, like shampoo and soaps, makeup, but paints and paint brushes are over priced and Christmas decorations and Christmas lights over priced

Cheap and best place to buy all kind of stuff from laundry to cosmetics

The customer service is shocking, I was verbally abused by a lady claiming to be the manager for trying to enter 7 minutes before closing time,!!
My daughter was in tears following the experience and asked we never shop here again

A huge shame .... Was once a great store and now staff really don't care about their customers
