I always compare pricing and availability between Toolstation and Screwfix as they are not far from each other in Lynn.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed with my service yesterday, Normally service is very fast and friendly, I was served by Ryan who when I approached the counter was slouching on the counter and didn't respond to me for about a minute and proceeded to be sarcastic and wasn't helpful, Charged me for my order and pushed me aside and never got my items, Another lad had to come correct my order, All sorted but very disappointed by Ryan's service

Best value around for most products. The app is pretty good but the search function could be better. Glad they still have a paper catalogue too. Staff always friendly.

Got served by the wonderful Rosie. The young lady's attitude and knowledge is outstanding. She was able to help me pick the right product that is best suited for the job, and advised me on the different applications to go with it. This lady work ethic is exceptional. Many thanks rosie

The staff at Kings Lynn Toolstation are always very welcoming and helpful. I always use this branch and have become a familiar face to them all so every time I order online and walk through the door they have always got my things there ready to collect. Really recommend using this branch

I was next door in euro car parks stop stalking me

I ordered a dewalt 6AH battery and charger on Saturday 4 November 2021 £184.00 was told it would be delivered Sunday 5 inquired with customer service on Sunday why I had not had a text saying what time it would be here customer service informed me it's not coming until Monday I said this was not acceptable all she said was sorry I can't do anything about it I said your your manager can even if its a bit of a discount she came back and said the manager can't do anything about it . There customer service is absolutely disgusting thay did not want to help thay said I have got to go into King's Lynn branch which is no help as I live so far away .
