The customer service is appalling! They shouted at my vulnerable mother and scared her half to death and still no formal apology. All because she didn’t queue properly. They continued shouting at her even when she walked out the shop!

Safe to say I returned the goods I bought as I was disappointed with this inhumane treatment..
I literally saw another lady do the same thing and she’s wasn’t treated the same way as my mother was.
Do yourself a favour and avoid! Head on to the one in Flint!
Still no formal apology from the company, which is a shame 😢

Very friendly & helpful staff. During these difficult times it was good to be pointed to the right section without coming into contact with anyone else. Service was quick.

Such a handy shop to have locally. The staff know exactly where everything is. Have had so many great quality items from here which reminds me, I need sandpaper for my micro sander…

Went in and found all I needed, they exchanged goods bought in error, no fuss.

Helpful staff. They sell a variety of hardware such as tools, lightbulbs, screws, nails, kitchenware etc including goods during celebration times such as Halloween, bonfire night and Christmas.

A surprisingly large hardware / DIY shop.
A regional chain covering much of Merseyside and North East Wales.
In the local area, Rightway Bevans are legendary.
I'm giving a full 5 stars as their website allows you to check if just about anything they sell is in stock in your local shop.

Reminiscent of the old 'Ironmomgers' we oldies all loved. Got what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Will revisit when I'm back in town.
