Always a good experience here, staff helpful and the ability to look at the items before purchase is great. Always well informed staff which you don't often get at my local DIY. Good value and the ability to check local stock online means I wont have a 5 mile wasted journey.

Brilliantly friendly staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a really stressful time in the world right now and this was an unexpectedly happy place to be. There was a sense of purpose and efficiency and great humanity underlying it all. We’re all in the same boat right now and some people are dealing with it better than others. Screwfix Monmouth have some really excellent staff and are coping brilliantly with some very challenging circumstances. Well done all.
