Great! - Easy online ordering, excellent setup for collection with social distancing etc. Staff all cheerful, polite and doing a great job. Happy to return to this store regularly as I (slowly) make my way through my DIY To-Do list!

Amazing store staff are helpful and even given the current situation will help you find exactly why you need. Easy outside lay out for click and collects or card payments meaning queues are always low.

needed some fixings for my broken fence, had what I needed in stock and available for click and collect, paid online and picked up using the easy contactless system. Brilliant staff very helpful.

Excellent customer service, knew exactly the item I needed when I described it to them even though I couldn't explain in technical terms. Knowledgeable staff and happy to help. So glad its there and a great amount of easy parking too. Ideal as we're doing up the house! found it cheaper than B&Q to be fair.

In fact this time, the roofing bolts I bought were nearly half the price of their rivals.
