Swansea Harley-Davidson

I bought four smoked grey indicator lenses from this dealer. The bulbs didn’t fit because they had a different design. They sent out two replacements but I needed four and they just ignore my messages. I could buy them for a few pounds but I think it’s poor service and rude to ignore my messages.

Sprocket nut came loose while doing a trip in wales. Harley swansea helped with providing some tools and extra loctite I could use to torck it. Thx guys…!!!

Purchased item from their eBay store. Never delivered and made out to be liar when I had been conned. Really poor

I felt compelled to leave this 5star ++ review . I am now on my 9 th new Harley and I can honestly say that this has been simply the best buying experience I’ve ever had buying a bike !
Ian in sales is a credit to this company and could not have been more attentive and helpful through the whole buying process .
A big thank you to Gary in parts also for calmly dealing with my constant decision changes and helping me eventually make the right choices , not to mention the fantastic Tecs having to put the stuff on the bike

Whilst touring in Wales my CVO developed an engine fault that cleared quickly but left the engine management light on.
As the bike is still in warranty my dealer advised me to take the bike to the nearest dealer to get their engineer to check it out on their diagnostic machine.
So today I drove 95 miles to Swansea HD only to be told that they were too busy to even look at the bike for a week and a half, even though it’s a quick job to hook it up to the computer and probably clear the fault the service desk were adamant they wouldn’t help.
Now I know that maybe I should have called in advance but every dealer in the UK that I have visited would have at least taken 10 minutes to have a quick look, especially as you were a visitor from another dealer, clearly not at Swansea.
Hey ho, another 95 mile ride back to Snowdonia and hopefully the bike will last until I get home.
