Thank you Edith for all your help yesterday on a gift for my partner. Stuff are always very lovely and friendly, their products are of superb quality! But a special thank you to Edith! :)

Nice shop & some really great products (even if they are a tad on the pricey side).
However, the same cannot always be said for the staff/customer service.

Went into this shop earlier today, all to have some short-haired woman curtly shout "only two customers" from the other side of the shop.
No 'please' or 'thank you'!
When I finally did get to purchase what I wanted, it felt like my custom wasn't exactly wanted.

I'm in two minds as to whether or not I should continue shopping with this company, if I am to continue receiving less than polite service.
There are plenty of other companies I can purchase beauty products - some of which actually appreciate their customers!

Lovely products, particularly like the Women's Balance range, but was disappointed in a massage I had here recently at the graduate clinic. It was a cold day, the heating was on in the room but the therapist only put one folded blanket on me which didn't cover my feet or my shoulders when she was doing the massage, so I felt really chilly throughout and couldn't relax unfortunately. The massage itself was ok but there was no adjustment or discussion of pressure, so I felt like I was being lightly anointed with oil and the reliance was on the aroma aspect of the treatment, as opposed to having both beneficial aroma and a therapeutic massage. I also didn't receive the follow up information that was promised to come via email, so overall not a great experience sadly.
