Superdrug

I usually hate going into Superdrug because I find it difficult to navigate. But I went into Superdrug today to pick up a Daisy Love by Marc Jacobs EDT that I had ordered online for pick-up and had a much better time.

The experience was super easy thanks to John who made sure that I was quickly helped and provided me with stellar customer service. Despite the online order being quite difficult the in-store handling was amazing of the order was amazing.

Harassed by a rude member of staff and told off for testing makeup that was not a tester (even though I actually had not done so). I then tested an actual tester and he came and told me off again a second time and I had to show him the tube of make up withe the word TESTER on it! Superdrug, if you have a problem with customers testing the make up, maybe PUT SOME TESTERS OUT!! I’m a 50 year old woman I don’t expect to be treated like a naughty child when I am out shopping!

Really good deals with and without the membership card. Only thing to look out for is the stock avalibility as thigs will just sell out in days and be gone for weeks.

One member of staff constantly following me and my friends round the shop as if we are stealing when we are not, making us feel extremely uncomfortable

The sales advisor Hilli was rude and unfriendly at the till. I had forgotten my superdrug card and usually can type in my email, but she lectured me and became very hostile. I then showed her my student id and said she couldn’t do the discount for me. I asked why and she begrudgingly put it on. Worst customer service ever, will not be coming again. Boots is a much better experience.

Staff always polite and helpful, prices are better than the other chemists I wouldn’t dream of going back to boots now,why wud I Superdrug have everything I need😀🤗🤗

It is a small Superdrug so there is less options than the biggest shops. The pharmacy inside is very slow, you wait for a long time even if there is no one on the line, plus the stuff at the pharmacy are not friendly. The rest of Superdrug is fine and the staff is friendly. The shop is usually really busy and you have to wait in line, but ai guess that's because of its location on high street.

Rude staff on the healthcare counter. AVOID.
