Boots

Every time I enter the Boots Pharmacy to collect my prescription I am met with a smile and a greeting from a member of staff. They make sure that I receive my medication quickly and that I am free on my way in no time.
I very seldom have to purchase something medicinal, however, if I do, they always have what I need.

I have now migrated my family over to this branch and they are all equally as happy.

Above all, this branch of Boots is a pharmacy, although it also stocks a wide range of Boots products, from water filters to make-up, and the staff are always willing to order in non-stock items for their customers. The pharmacist, Miss Damani, and her regular, core staff know their customers (and patients) well, are knowledgeable and take time to discuss their clients’ concerns. They provide a continuity of care that is often lacking in GP practices, giving well-informed advice and obtaining repeat prescriptions efficiently. (Note that I am not a Boots employee nor relative of any of the staff!)

Love this shop for buying gifts at Christmas they have some really good bargains...
