I came to pick some night nurse at the green street pharmacy and both staff were extremely rude today at pharmacy till. Looked completely uninterested and went out of their way to make my experience uncomfortable. Extremely bad communication skills and customer service from 2 staff at pharmacy. Rest of staff including at other tills and front of house were extremely pleasant. The pharmacy staff seem extremely proud, too proud to even serve a customer with care

I shopped here on Saturday, the staff were fantastic and was pleasantly shocked to be advised by a young lady rep who also worked as a professional Asian make up artist. This was very reassuring. When I went to the till Rabina the sales rep did not make me feel like an annoyance when I had over spent. Rabina went back and forth, taking the items off my balance and reduced my bill to my eventual satisfaction. She had the patience of an Angel bless her. Such a lovely person. I will go back there again without hesitation to shop, and that’s saying something as a someone who always moans about spending too much on the high street and preferring to go to the markets lol 😂

If I could I would give a 0 stars!!! Some staff in Upton Park Superdrug are so rude! I got served my Aysha who was extremely rude and seemed unbothered. I told her I had my id for student discount and she looked at me as if I cannot afford things. The unprofessional and offensive behaviour is the exact reason people don’t like retail workers. She specifically needs to know how to behave with customers. The store needs to majorly improve themselves. Extremely disgusted

I am a regular customer at your store in Green Street and your staff room door makes creaky noise. I am autistic and I suffer from epilepsy and would you kindly arrange to do something about the noise please? Your help in this matter will be appreciated.

Asian female security guard at this store is racist. Purposely only follows certain people around the store very obviously from aisle to aisle. This has been my local Superdrug for 16 years and I cannot shop in here anymore without breathing over my shoulder and being made to feel uncomfortable.

Got what I needed. Although the crew could jump on a till when there are more than two people in the line. They had one till open and three crew packing around the tills.

I only go here because it's convenient as it's the closest to me and they offer most of toiletries/pharmacy needs, otherwise I wouldn't. Lack of customer service and very unattentive staff members at the tills. The amount of time they have tried to sell me items I didn't want... sometimes even with an unwanted criticism! One told my partner "your hands look awful and dry, try this cream it's so good it's only this much". No one asked for your opinion on my partner's hands, mind your own business please.
