Superdrug

I'd happily leave a minus star review if it was possible. Had the worst experience at Superdrug pharmacy. Rude and incompetent member of staff. Didn't get his name as he was not wearing badge or uniform, he was just sitting behind the computer in the dispensery ( I'm hoping he is not a pharmacist). It is ok not to know something, but at least make an effort and check what the patient is asking for. Not going back there

I would give a minus review. I bought a item which was sold to me when I found out it’s broken I went to the store. The assistant manager said they can’t do anything as it’s not their own brand and I have to contact the customer service of the brand owner. When I got it from Superdrug it’s their responsibility to help their customers out but no why would they do that. Shops that do not want to help people because of whom they make money should close down anyways. Worst Experience. Very disappointed especially as a Member of management saying that is really bad

People are very rude in this shop particularly the Indian woman , If you not happy with your job , go find a new one and be happy.

Went in looking for a particular body spray. The Lady on the perfume counter was very helpful and even let me test it first. I think she’s called Lynn ! Great service

Great place for all you need for your body

Terrible experience in Superdrug Watford this afternoon. I arrived 10 minutes before my pre-booked flu vaccination appointment time and was told the pharmacist was out but would be back shortly. After waiting 20 minutes the Pharmacist returned, only to start chatting to a customer (who arrived after me) about their Superdrug app not working! After completing my form and waiting another 10 minutes, I finally spoke to an assistant and advised that I would need to leave shortly as I was on my lunch break and would need to return to work. Pharmacist reluctantly ended his conversation but was very short me. Very disappointed and will not book with them again.

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever used in my life, and trust me I’ve used hundreds due to my asthma, it’s the gift that keeps on giving 😂

All of the staff are so friendly and treat you like a person instead of a customer. There are two staff that should receive praise but I’m not sure of their names. One is a lady with glasses who isn’t native to the United Kingdom but is so lovely and always gives me tips on how to use the pharmacy to best that I can. The other is a Middle Eastern/Asian man who just seems to get on with it there. He is so chill and genuine, he’s has helped me loads since I’ve started having my prescriptions sent there.

I will not be choosing any other pharmacy, the guys are truly great there ! Would definitely recommend !
