Find the staff are there more to socialise than to provide a good service. They wear something like Bluetooth headsets to chat to each other about personal stuff, which I'm sure is fine when the store is quiet but honestly the guy that served me wasn't paying any attention to what he was doing and was carrying on with a conversation whilst scanning my things. I find this behaviour really rude. I have worked in a similar customer service environment myself in the past and would never have acted this way.

Extremely rood staff. I came along with my 6 y.o. daughter and we tried some samples ‘tester’ of lipstick, but suddenly was told off as ‘kids can’t use samples it is wasting of products and other negative comments in a very impolite manner. My daughter and me were quite shocked, I didn’t want to buy anything there and will never come again.

The pharmacy told me they can’t do my prescription and told me to go somewhere else. I tell my doctor who had to call them and all of a sudden they can get my medicine. Tried to call 6/7 times and no one answers the phone. Avoid.

I dont believe the negative reviews, they must be from competitors, bcoz I've been shopping in this branch for over 15 yrs and each time I found the staff to be helpful, polite and wearing a smile. That is why I keep returning to this branch.

Just had the most horrifying experience at Superdrug Wimbledon. Honestly, I generally have very low expectations for Superdrug’s customer service but this experience was just too much. I was looking at lipsticks and pick up a lip gloss that was open thinking it’s a test tried on my hand then suddenly a lady came out of nowhere and started shouting very loudly at my face, it’s not a tester, it’s not a test, it’s not a test… at least 3-4 times. It felt patronising and extremely rude. It’s like I am deaf! Firstly, this behaviour is totally unacceptable. Secondly, the only reason why I would buy lipstick in store is because I could put some on my hand and see the true colour as (just like everyone who wears lipstick knows) colour inside is 99% different from the colour on outside or in display. So if I can’t test it and Superdrug is not providing tester, well Superdrug might as well close shop and we shop online!!! It’s heartbreaking as I love shopping in store and I prefer human interaction but it’s not worth it if I am going to have to buy something without seeing the inside it just like shopping online. In this case online shopping is the better option. I have been living in Wimbledon and shopping at this Superdrug for over 15 years but sadly, I am going to avoid it at all cost from now on.

Come here if u want to get profiled 👍. A staff member assumed my personal lipstick was a tester and rudely asked. I told her it was my own, she walked away no apologies for assuming wrong. I was watched and followed for the rest of my shop, I’ve never felt so targeted in my life before. Horrible experience.

I didn't see the sign that said to not test products and there was one product that looked used with no packaging and blunt end. I swatched on the back of my hand and shop assistant was extremely rude telling me that the sign was right in front of me and threw the pencil in the drawer saying it couldn't be sold anymore when clearly it was not a new product. I obviously apologised sincerely because regardless of her manner I was in the wrong but she was very rude in how she handled the situation.

Great offers in store, way better and mostly a lot cheaper than boots. However the customer service levels have gone drastically downhill. I remember being served by a friendly lady with short hair called Mandy in the past but last Saturday (6th Feb 2021) I was served at the till by the Caucasian (?) lady with long dark hair. She was rude. She didn’t even acknowledge me or say hi or offer additional products or ask for my beauty card. She was looking down the entire time, she didn’t make eye contact with me and was just TOTALLY silent. I said thanks bye after the purchase. She still didn’t respond or make eye contact which was incredibly insulting. Utterly&shockingly bad service or perhaps she needs some diversity and ethnicity training?!? Or if you hate your job so much, there’s plenty of other fish in the sea 😂
