Superdrug

Security guard follows black people. I myself am not black but my partner is. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase from the shop and went straight to those products as I knew where they are. I was with my partner and I see the security guard begin following us, he then began whispering to other Superdrug employees and pointing at us. Every time we went to the next aisle he followed. When I went to checkout he watched us and he informed the lady at the checkout of us before our arrival. The lady was extremely blunt, didn’t even ask for my Superdrug card or promote the products in front of her. I confronted the security guard and the first thing he said is that there is cameras all over the shop. My partner didn't even touch a single product and I go there all the time and everything is always fine but the one time I go with him, this happens. I’ve never been so angry in my life. Will never go to the Hayes branch for Superdrug again.

Happy there's a Superdrug within the Lombardy Retail Park also. Enjoy buying items and get points, more make up available.

Now has area where you can thread your eyebrows etc.

I’ll be going further with this but I do not recommend this Superdrug at all. The security guard and all the workers were following me everywhere I went ecspacially the security guard and the security guard also kept giving me dirty looks and would not leave me alone and would keep staring me down. The woman shouted at me as well since she made a mistake thinking I was using a product when it was a tester there was no need. The most racist store I’ve been to don’t recommend and will be taking this further.

Overall a good store but they always have short staff when it comes to paying at the tills and the lines can go very far back and they never call anyone to come and help which is frustrating.

Extremely racist place not everyone just the Arab security man. Follows me everytime I go there I even have video evidence. He saw me filming him once and he ran after me out of the shop and starts screaming at me telling me to delete it I was terrified and manager is not doing anything about it no matter how many times I report it!!

Staff extremely unfriendly and unhelpful when I ask them to help me find an item but friendly to other customers of a certain colour. I'm certain I will not be returning and will be telling friends and families about this unfortunate incident, this is a lesson to the staff they should learn customer services and manners and the manager wasn't even there for me to report this incidents.

Team manager disrespectful and intolerable, was dictating the staffs rude behaviour and the woman who was in the makeup aisle was following me and when i asked her a question about the product she didnt even know, they should learn manners and how to treat customers.
