my friends and i picked up a perfume to read the scent and a women (a worker) began to scream loudly at us saying we touched it and we have to buy it now (this is post covid lockdown) and she began following us around the shop yelling and embarrassing us, forcing us to go to the checkout and purchase it. 1/5 star. would not go back to again

Great customer service from Nikola, she greeted me with a smile which brighten my day.She was very helpful with helping me find the products I needed. Gave me great advice on each product and recommended me a few gems that she uses on a daily basis.She definitely deserves a pay rise and I will be coming back again.

They have Juvia's Place as a shopper I don't get involved in brand politics and buy what I need and desire! As a woman of colour (African) finding impact pigments that are true on application is difficult enough. Small & bijoux display - stock low- i got what I wanted and even got extra treats from Elf!! The JP concealer can be used as foundation with few dots as it's thick & creamy provides excellent coverage. Service was good ..nice cashier (Mercedes) p.s normally order from LLB online and wait 4 days did not have to this time Amen

I had to collect some large parcels from Superdrug Edgware. The lady at the counter was extremely rude upon collection, dumped the boxes on the counter and abruptly said "Do what you want to do, you can figure out how you want to carry them". I had no intention of asking her to help me, however there is no need for the attitude and terrible customer service!

A shame as usually I don't have any issues, however this particular person was appalling and has put me off visiting the store again .

Good range, fair prices with a few really good bargains thrown in.... Only downside, I don't appreciate being followed around by a staff member, like I am a shop lifter lol

Mercedes is a very nice girl when I went there to get my ears pierced then I met her she is amazing she always smiles and the special thing is she is very friendly, she done really good job for my ear pierced 🥰 today I went there to get my nails and she did amazing job…

Went into the Edgware store to do an exchange for the same item, to be told to pay the full price as the offer has ended. I've been self isolating and because the offer has ended from when i brought the item, a very rude lady called Catrina said i will need to pay the full price for her to give me a refund, i told her, i don't want a refund i would like to exchange the item, which she knew about in the first place, as i brought the product to the till, Customer service, advised me the store can override this, but she chose not to. I have worked in retail for many years, and we do not expect our customer to pay the full price when doing an exchange, because the offer has ended. i just couldn't believe what i was hearing. i should of asked to speak to a manager. she probably was the manager. The way she handle this, made me feel very upset, absolute joke. Her customer service was rubbish, who obviously has 0 customer experience.
