In general a make up shop with over the counter medicines and similar products. Cheerful, helpful and offers and members card giving useful points. Handy for many things, a cheaper model of Boots.

Angel by name but definitely not by nature
Angel was so rude to customers today. And when we pointed it out she said ‘go on! Report me then!’ She was a right little Madame with the most horrible attitude.. so unnecessary with a queue full of nice people, her colleagues had only asked her for a helping hand, there was no need for her rudeness. Her attitude stank

Good store with a good stock of most items, but the customer service is really bad here, especially from a lady called Fatima who was so rude to me. She had an almost angry expression as I entered the store. After collecting my items, I was waiting in what I thought was the queue. She yelled over at me "you are in the wrong queue, this is not the queue, they are waiting for something else". I apologised and went over to her, she did not look at me or even smiled. She scanned my items and asked if I needed a bag, still no eye contact. She did not ask if I had a loyalty card and once I paid, I said thank you and goodbye and she was totally silent. So rude and unprofessional. There are plenty of people who need a job, Superdrug are wasting there time with people like this. I would have given 0/5 but as I said the store had a good amount of stock.

I picked box of charcoal nose strips x4 £35p price on the shelf. ( next to it there is the charcoal mask also at £35p).I went to the till and when the lady scanned £3.99. Manager Louise came and she went to she shelf, came back with the mask and at the back of the masks she holding the price of the nose strips that she refused to show me. She was very rude, staff have seen the the price and it was £35 p but she walked away and she didn’t even apologised for her behaviour…….She needs customer service training definitely. She wants the staff to lie with her as well ..,, what happened with honesty 😦

I went up to the till to pay & the woman said £7-80.
I asked her if the management did not teach her to say please & she just looked past me into the far distance. This happened twice

I echo the multiple negative reviews about Superdrug Wandsworth Southside, Staff I came across were unhelpful and arrogant. The new manager told me he has recently taken over with this knowledge about some of the staff. I am making a formal complaint.

The store smells rancid, like rotten eggs. I couldnt stomach being in there long. I asked a store assistant for help with a product and in return i got a filthy look from her and she just walked off.
