Superdrug

Would be more stars if I ever had a better experience. The manager is rude, I've seen her speaking to customers in a unprofessional way. A fewonths ago a kid in a pram took something with out the mother knowdlege and the manager STOLE her items and refused to give her stuff that she paid for even though she gave back what her son bare in mind looked 2 but she still refused to give it back making the mum look like a criminal making a scene outside the the store, the mother was crying and her friend was trying to reason with the manager but she was as nasty as she could be, what the manager did was theft.

And today a lady in the beauty section filling up the MUA section kept giving me dirty looks I was trying to find an eyebrows pencil that I wasn't allergic to and matched my hair colour. As I was checking in the loreal section the lady walked past me and nudged me. I walked to que up she looked at me then looked at her manager and started having a go what looks liked it was about me even if it wasn't it is unprofessional for a shop worker to be behaving like that infront of customers, not all pf them are bad as the firl who check mt stuff at the counter was lovely but the bad managing and that beauty worker makes a bad reflection overall. I been going to this store over 2 decades and it has gone down hill with it being a unfriendly place. I've had many expirences with rudeness since management has changed.

I had the worst experience at this superdrug, the manager dawn was so rude treated all her customers badly, I also heard her shouting at her staff really badly when they weren’t doing anything wrong, this is absolutely ridiculous, no manners whatsoever, another lady called sonia the exact same treatment from her. I will not be going back ever again WOULDN’T RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE TO GO OR WORK THERE!

Complete waste of time. I travelled from Wembley to Ealing since the Wembley outlet has closed down to find this store having nothing. Either testers are available or the products are available. For the available products there is no tester and for the available tester there is no product. An exhausted staff in the makeup area just keep on saying sorry we are out of stock. I wanted to buy a foundation but did not get any of the required shade from a single brand or choice ( I tried looking from 4 brands) don't know why they keep the shop open

Had a lovely experience in the Ealing Superdrug. One staff member in particular was extremely helpful. I wish I had asked her name to thank her specifically but didn’t. She was a short haired black lady. Super sweet and helpful! She suggested all the right items and I ended up buying 3 times the amount I intended. ♥️♥️♥️

I hate this place so much there is this rude lady Dawn who was shouting at her colleagues as I removed shampoo from my shopping firstly she took so long to come then she was behaving as if its her colleagues fault I didn't wanted to buy it so I told her to remove it. I shop there quite a lot and this lady is always rude to everyone.

Worst pharmacy ever, the Pharmacist was so rude not professional at all, does not know how to talk to people very aggressive with no manners he should be ashamed of himself and you should pick people carefully when you hire them because you deal with old people who need The pharmacist to be
Patient with them which Superdrug Pharmacist doesn’t have.
They always forget to give us half of our medicine and than they complain that we didn’t pick it up, completely Ridiculous.
If you old or struggle to speak English avoid going there.

This is the worst superdrug I have ever seen. The place looks like a jumble sale, the aisles are narrow and dirty, the staff are dismissive, the pharmacist rude and if you are unfortunate enough to see the consultation room it’s like being in someone’s box room when they are moving house. Avoid if possible

Terrible experience. The man serving me was so rude. He was shouting me as if parents shout there kid when they make mistakes. Please, he definitely needs to learn customer service. I definitely don’t expect him to be super sweet to me but at least just speak a bit like you’re serving a customer. No manners. I felt so embarrassed as all the other customers were looking at me because of his loud voice, I would have leave the medicine there but it was seriously needed for my brother.
