Unbelievably rude and offensive/racist encounter with the pharmacist today. Seeking simple over the counter cream for my baby the pharmacist refused to sell it to me. As a new mum who happens to be from Ireland the pharmacist said that I “should see a British doctor for a proper diagnosis!”. I have a prescription from my Irish doctor and when I went into that exact Superdrug a few weeks ago, it was her colleague who suggested the trying the same cream I was trying to purchase! Appalling and disgusting behaviour. Appreciate the current situation but nothing excuses such shocking human behaviour, forgetting the customer service aspect. As it was I went to Boots across the way and was served quickly & professionally.

Disappointing attitude. Cancelled my card without telling me so would not give me the deal that was on offer. No more business from me.

Dropped for quick visit. Bought what I came in for. Staff friendly, but a bit pushy trying encourage you to buy other products at till.

Wish there was a minus option! Twice I've visited this pharmacy in the past month - the first time there was no pharmacist working and so the pharmacy section was closed! The second time again today to be spoken to by a belligerent pharmacist who told me they only had soluble cocodomol! I declined and opted for a 49p pack of paracetamol which I tried to pay for in cash only to be told they took cash at a different till - forget it I'm going over the road to Boots - the sooner this waste of retail space is closed the better!

Good shop. Very clean and tidy. Staff helpful and pharmacy staff are extremely helpful.
