The shop floors looks clean and tidy, I would recommend a bit more attention to the pricing labels as sometimes they are confusing and then you might have to ask some of the staff to check the right price for you, which is not a problem, they were happy to help me out.
Other than that great place for spending money. 😊

Favorite cosmetic shop.. Good offers! One stop for all cosmetic care such as face creams, body lotion, body wash, shampoo, face packs, eye serum, nail polishes, lipsticks and deodorants. There are good face packs for hands and feet as well. In short you get all face care and hair care products including perfumes, sanitary pads and medicines. The online and the in store offers are the same. You don’t get products such as Mac, origins, Kiehl, Estée Lauder. You will always end up getting something when you get inside this shop!!

Trust me this store is very good in my area especially security guard(beard man ) is very good and polite with the customers. He do his job very good.i really like his work and their staff

The Cashier from the perfume section was so rude with me today.
She refused to serve saying that the till was only to serve perfumes. But a lady ahead of me whom she serviced had a maskara but when it was my turn she said this section is only for perfumes. When I offered by suggestion to have a clear sign, she said can’t you see the board of perfumes. This level of service if extremely disappointing.
For this poor service I wish I could give 0 stars!

Lovely health and beauty job located in the heart of Hounslow. Decent sized shop with wide selection of beauty products for both men and women. I recently brought a Vitamin E shower moisturiser, and my skin is glowing after using the product.Also the customer service is friendly, attentive and professional.Highly recommend this shop when shopping for beauty products.

Rude staff…
Visited the store recently, was served by a staff named Ghazala at the till. Very poor customer service, no greetings, no smile at all. Was wondering how do people work for customer service when they don’t have the skills.
I would give 0 star if that was an option to rate.

Today this evening 40 min ago i purchase 2 bottles of cough syrup a young girl on till charged me extra plus 15p for carry bag which I din get only on top of that she told me go and check price I went and clicked pic and show than she said stand at side me and my friend was discussing about the his matter she interfered in between us and said stop talking about me first of all she charged me extra for my purchase and for carry bag which I din get only very bad customer service won’t shop again and tell my friends too

It was worst experience. The staff is very rude specially the aged staff to the customers. They are arrogant and racist. I recommend to not visit it or if you visit do not expect good customer service.
