I have the pleasure of regularly attending a variety of Nadyne's Yoga and Animal Flow classes. She is a fantastic instructor who always brings something different to class, depending on what level of challenge or relaxation you are looking for. I love how she also blends humour, fun or play into the practice and gives us the space and opportunity to learn. I leave each class feeling uplifted and refreshed and very often the satisfaction of having learned something new!

The session with Nadyne was so helpful and informative. Her knowledge and expertise is outstanding. Learning how to breathe functionally is so paramount to the reduction of anxiety and it’s contributing physiological effects. During the practical exercises Nadyne was calm and allowed safety to be felt. I know that the information and the exercises provided will benefit me throughout my life. Thankyou

I’ve always really enjoyed Nadyne’s yoga classes. She’s an excellent teacher who tailors the class to different levels of competency, and offers adaptations (if you’re having one of those days!) so anyone can join in. She also offers options for those who want to push themselves. Nadyne is also really funny! I really look forward to her sessions and would recommend them to anyone.

I love Nadyne's yoga class. I was a beginner when her free COOK classes started 2 years ago. Nadyne makes her class suitable for all levels & will advise adjustments if you have an injury. She so inspired me that I do yoga most days now. I look forward to Nadyne's class most, she has a warm relaxing voice & manner I feel so chilled at the end. I would recommend anyone to give Nadyne's yoga a go whatever your age, fitness or flexibility.

I've had just had my second yoga therapy session with Nadyne and I find she has such a deep knowledge, not only from the theoretical and practical side, but also and most of all from the energy side. Nadyne has a deep energy knowledge and the sense of connection I felt is rather rare to find. Connection with her and with my own inner self. Thank you Nadyne! I could feel my energy shifting gradually towards the Dandien. Long way to go, but I feel incredibly well now. Thank you!!

Nadyne's functional breathing class takes you through a practical approach to help you breathe effectively, and as a result, manage challenging situations more easily. I highly recommend it!

My husband attended Nadyne's breathing class which he really enjoyed and after just one session, had made a huge difference. Life changing in fact for both of us! The techniques provided and the advice given to him on the product he could try to reduce/stop his snoring at night has been nothing short of a miracle as he has tried so many things over the years. The solution Nadyne suggested was Mouth Tape. We realized that the one's that are the colour of a plaster shaped like a capital i across the lips are better than the clear ones that just go across the lips horizontially. Anyway, he now sleeps like a baby, not a sound, which means that I can get a good nights sleep too.
