Gugan at the Potters Bar Spine Clinic is amazing and has helped me tremendously. She has taken an interest in my sport to gain a greater understanding of my injury. She has given me rehab to do outside of the clinic as well as suggested supplements and treatments to use. In my sessions she has offered me laser treatment, acupuncture, massages, chiropractic treatment and the use of an inversion table. As well as all of this she refereed me for an MRI, which I had booked in and the results back within weeks. I can’t recommend Gugan enough.

Gugan is an incredible osteopath! My sessions with her are packed with different treatments from acupuncture, to laser, to massage etc. After over 15 years of pain and seeing countless people, I am finally starting to feel better. Gugan is a wonderful Osteopath and person! She is very friendly and I always enjoy being treated by her; she makes me feel very comfortable and her approach is a really eclectic one. It often involves the use of different massage methods as well as chiropractic style adjustments- it's very clear that she has a lot of experience! I think that anyone that is experiencing any kind of muscular or spinal pain would highly benefit from visiting her!.

I've been having pain issues for years and Gugan is the only one that's really made any difference. She's helped me to accept that it will never entirely go away and has taught me how to manage flair ups through stretching, exercise and techniques. Gugan genuinely cares and is a delightful person.
