Spent a while walking around in store, not once got a hello/smile or was approached if I needed any help, despite walking past a few of the sales assistants as I was browsing. When I asked one of the staff members whether a particular item will be reduced as it was 4 days from expiry he replied "I don't know, I'm not a manager". Considering how quiet the store was the standards were not particularly impressive and staff came across as if they were rather be anywhere else but at work.

I've often passed by this branch on Oxford Street/Marble Arch but finally popped in yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. It's a bright, clean, spacious store that appears to carry their entire range! It was well stocked and easy to find what I was looking for. Their prices are competitive and there were quite a few bargains on offer too. Staff displayed excellent customer service and product awareness. I'm glad I stopped by...

I visited Holland & Barrett Marble Arch with my wife 2 days ago. We went in just to get our supplements but we were offered a consultation from a qualified staff member about our wellness. My wife is struggling with tiredness and fatigue. We didn’t know there is a wellness clinic inside the store. We received a professional advice and we both were booked for full check up blood test in the same store. Great service and beautiful place.

Havent been to London since covid started.I finally came back and visited my favourite hollan&barrett store in Marble Arch. Wow! The store looks amazing. What a transformation! Store has its own wellness hub.Staff was amazing ( as always) and so knowedgeable. I got my private and very detailed consultation. Thanks to the whole team who was great as always.

I went to H&B Marble Arch store for a specific advice. Recently i wasnt feeling good and my gp cannot see me. I didn’t know there is a lab in Marble Arch Store. I was recommended to do a blood test for overall wellness. The test was done in the store, very professional service. I received my results from a gp that works with H&B. I’ve just went to the shop for my consultation and very helpful staff recommended me supplements that I actually need. Amazing team, great service. Thank you all for your help.

I had my biometric check done in Marble Arch H&B. Check and a follow up consultation with a staff member were free. I found out about my body weight and mass. The lady recommended me great products that I already stated taking and I feel much better now.
