Haelan Centre - Park Road Store

Good product selection but I wont be returning as the service was awful and I rather go somewhere else. I got there few minutes before closing but as a customer I still deserved a normal service yet everything about the guy with the long hair was sending a message of "get out", really unfriendly and acting like he was doing me a massive favour by even allowing me to pay. The girl who was there too, from the start made sure to make it very clear that they are closing soon and that she couldn't wait for me to leave. Its obvious that these are staff members who dont like their job and are only there to do their hours.

It's ok but fail to keep stock in place. Always get referred to their other shop in Crouch end which is pretty poor on their behalf. Couple of the staff need to calm down a bit and be a bit more friendly not only to customers but their junior staff. Not pleasant to hear or see.
Have to say female staff take time to either look for items or explain the item's use.

I have lived in Crouch End for a long time and although I have always been a customer of Haelan Centre I recently discovered that they have a new delivery service called organictoyourdoor.co.uk and thought I would give it a try as I had quite a lot I wanted to buy. I was so impressed that all of my shopping came later that day! They are always so helpful when I go in there and the young man who delivered my things was so helpful and polite. I will definitely be using the delivery service in future. Well done Haelan Centre- a fantastic service.

They have such a good range of products and refill options! They even have a good range of craft beers! Staff is nice and friendly. Will most likely become a regular.

I've lived locally to the Haelan Centre for years now and have popped in for bits here and there but done most of my food shopping in supermarkets. Recently I've been trying to reduce my plastic waste and shop locally more so I've been trying out greengrocers etc. in the local area. I learned that the haelan centre now offer a delivery service- organictoyourdoor.co.uk , so I made a big order of seasonal veg and it was all amazing! The service is super easy to use and the driver was friendly, as are all of the staff at the Haelan Centre. The quality of the veg was outstanding, I will be using organictoyourdoor.co.uk for all of my fresh food shopping from now on. Sooo goood!!!

Been here a few times as I like the range of items. Customer service is odd. Staff chat amongst themselves, which is fine. The attitude is particularly cold when they serve you. I just bought some stuff today. Server didn't say hello, thank you, or goodbye (this seems the norm with most who serve you there) Just said the price and if I wanted receipt. Wasn't necessarily rude but maybe the attitude of the staff is possibly a reflection of bad management. I've also noticed on almost every occasion I shopped there some prices are more than they mark on the shelves. I think I'll just go to Planet Organic in future. Shame as I'd rather support independent businesses.

Friendly, helpful staff make it a pleasure to shop here. The home delivery service was a great extra to have during lockdowns though the website can be painfully slow. Fairly priced, fresh produce, a great shopping experience.

Great choice of natural foods some of which are low in sodium and sugar and added sugars. Great for people like me who are diabetic and have Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). I'm going back for more oh and GREAT sourdough bread.
