Perpetua - The Neem People

AVOID THIS SELLER I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS! I bought some Gumtone gel -the ingredients on the website claimed only herbal ingredients, but when I received it I was dismayed to find it contained saccharin and two artificial colours. This is false advertising and no where on the website did it mention the artificial ingredients, also the picture of the products packaging is so small you cannot read the list of ingredients.
I asked for a refund on receipt of the item. I paid £7.95, (plus the return postage), for the product but, I was issued with a cheque for £4.65! I have written several emails-only to be ignored. I had previously bought the Neem Bark Powder from them-I have since asked if this contains anything artificial and I have not received an answer. A very bad service these people are not to be trusted.

The Neem Cream with Tumeric works wonders for many skin allergic reactions such as rashes and hives. We've been using the seller for over 10 years. Delivery is occasionally rather slow but when our package was once lost (by the delivery company) Neem People dispatched a new one without qualm.
