I’ve been seeing Joanne now for a number of years and yet again my last treatment with her was fabulous. She always takes the time to listen to your needs and is very gentle with my delicate skin. I always come away feeling refreshed. I’d highly recommend her.

This was my first time back since lockdown. I was very impressed with all the new procedures in place to make the experience covid secure. I felt safe and relaxed. My therapist Jo was fantastic - I had a Caci facial which my skin really needed after all this time.

Great day. The massage and facial were amazing. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and relaxing on the heated seat. Location was great easy to find.

Worst experience at a spa. Called to say I was running 15mins late for an appointment. The lady on the phone said it was completely fine and to come anyway. After a 1 hour journey in traffic it was a completely different story on arrival. The masseuse was very rude and said that she was very strict about her timing and cannot do my appointment. Complete lack of communication and waste of time. Even worse they said they were going to ‘waive my cancellation fee’. Imagine being charged money after that. Disgrace

I love the Hogarth MediSpa. The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable about the procedures. Kelly, the MediSpa Manager is incredibly helpful and offers valuable expertise on procedures. Marija is a fantastic practitioner with extensive experience and I feel very safe in her hands!
