Had to take the time to highly recommend and rate this spa. You truly made my mums 60th birthday treat (spa day) something to remember for both of us. Really nice from the start to finish. Amazing massage/light lunch/ spa facilities and staff beyond expectations. Definite attention to detail and made to feel at home! Thank you so so much. Will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. We were greeted with mocktails and chocolate truffles. We spent time using the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a steam room. The facilities were not overcrowded and the environment was very comfortable and relaxing. Our spa morning included two 30 minute treatments and we chose a relaxing massage and express manicure. Both were fantastic, and the therapists were extremely competent. Light lunch was included and there were a variety of options. I would highly recommend this lesser known spa.

We've been members here for 3 years and witnessed the Spa gradually declining in all aspects of service and cleanliness etc. We've raised our concerns in writing on several occasions and haven't received any reply from the Richmond Village manager and unsatisfactory replies from the Spa manager. Cleanliness has declined significantly with all areas looking dirty and tired at times. Frequently, facilities are either not working or up to temperature etc. Staff are numerous but disengaged with customers. This is neither a welcoming place nor good value for money any longer. A great shame and we will be looking for an alternative.

The best massage I think I've ever had! Such a lovely place and kind welcoming staff. I got lost trying to get three, I called them as they were so helpful! Honestly it's a hidden gem.

Only £20 per person to use for half a day. Own relaxation room to enjoy for the day. Very clean. Friendly staff . I would defo recommend!!
