Glen and the team are true professionals at the top of their game! We had them round to install a new heating system and they simply took control, advising us on what was best for our budget and we felt as if they were looking after our interests as home owners 100%. It was clear that you get what you pay for having shopped around and it was well worth paying the extra for Glens knowledge and expertise what with the money we will save in the medium to long term.

I’d recommend Glen to anyone requiring heating solutions and I even found out that other heating installers follow Glen in their industry, as he’s becoming the go to guy for advice and profile especially with his social media videos....felt like we had a star in the house!!

Prompt and professional service. My gas boiler had given up the ghost after 25 years, so I gave them a call after a friends recommendation. They came out to have a look the next day, and tried to repair it, but it economically didn’t make sense to and suggested a system upgrade with an unvented cylinder and boiler.

They were clear and professional. They explained all of the way what they were doing and we now enjoy all of the benefits from their excellent work and our gas costs have dropped considerably.

I highly recommend HeatSpec and specifically Glen. Our Viessmann boiler recently stopped working. As the boiler was over 15 years old I requested Glen replace it even though he offered to investigate a repair. 5 days from start to finish Glen supplied and installed a new Viessmann boiler. We could not have wished for a more knowledgable, competent and nice person to undertake the work.
