Rheams (Plumbing & Heating) Limited

I recently moved into my brand new house and within 48 hours I was in need of an emergency plumber after I had drilled through a radiator pipe in the wall!
Charlie @ Rheams was with me in about an hour and did a great job. Very tidy and professional. He paid a lot of attention to testing everything once the repair was made and was very thorough in his work.
I'd definitely recommend!

The service from Rheams when our gas boiler broke down was excellent. From first contact to the job being done, the service was friendly, well-informed helpful and prompt. The engineer came on time, was efficient and knowledgeable and the charge was very reasonable - exactly as quoted. Could not fault them and they will be our first call for plumbing/heating from now on. Don't know why we haven't used this reliable local company before.

We had a problem with a dripping drencher shower head in our bathroom, which Charlie diagnosed as a problem with the control unit. We ordered a replacement unit and Rheams provided a cost estimate for fitting, which was an awkward job, involving breaking off the tiles and plasterboard around it to remove and replace the defective unit. Fortunately, we had a few spare tiles. It took Charlie all day and he made good, re-tiled and grouted. When he had finished, you wouldn't know there had been a problem. His work is neat, tidy, and clean. As an added bonus, the invoice was less than the estimate because 2 men had been allowed for and Charlie worked alone. I am a local Building Surveyor and come across shoddy workmanship from other contractors on a weekly basis. Rheams, on the other hand are in a different league, professional, skilled and a delight to deal with. I highly recommend.

Chris and Paul arrived to fit a shower tray. they examined the job and discussed the various ways it could be done. This job had been problematic for the previous plumber but they quickly assessed the situation and after discussion we lighted on the best solution.
They were knowledgeable, diligent and professional in their work and had a good sense of humour, the job was quickly completed. I will use this company again.

Recently had a whole bathroom replacement done by Rheams. Martin was really patient and helpful as I had never done this before and even advised on design. Charlie and co were considerate, professional and friendly. Finished on time and on quote. Happy to recommend!

Quick response from when I called to attending to the problem I had with a vented cylinder. The plumber rectified an error with the previous installation and now we have pressure and no leaks! Great job that deserves the 5 stars.

Our boiler flame went out and wouldn’t start on a very cold day. When I called Rheams asking for help, they said their technicians were (unsurprisingly given the weather) all busy but they gave me free advice 1) that it was likely a frozen pipe and 2) how to defrost it. They were right, and I got the boiler up and running again quickly. A terrific service, especially given I’ve never used them before. Thank you.
