I’m very pleased to have found Engin as someone very friendly, reliable and professional to call on if I have heating issues or need a boiler service. His communication around arrival times etc. is great, and he takes care to explain things in laymen’s terms. Very pleased with his work and would recommend him highly.

Called and came the next day, flexible around my timings. Initially thought pump repair and I was prepared to go ahead with repair but then was able to continue with old part. This gives me such faith in this company as he could have replaced and charged me for new pump. So grateful and will definitely use again. Thank you so much for the service.

Engin arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problems with my boiler. He explained things clearly and showed me the clear evidence. He also swiftly changed the valves on and attached a radiator. The complexity of the work meant staying into the evening which he did without complaint. I would not hesitate to recommend Engin and will certainly use him for future work with my boiler/central heating. His pricing is clearly stated and I believe he is reasonably priced.

Engin is a professional and thorough boiler engineer.
We had a fairly new boiler that had developed a leak, due to the auto air vent, which he diagnosed quickly he didn't have the part with him,( so many boilers, so many parts), So he gave me a time frame for him to get the new part and his availability to complete the repair and a quote for the job, which was all very fair.
Throughout our transaction his communication was clear and transparent, he was always professional and friendly and answered any and all my daft questions,
The boiler is now fixed and running great, a relief as we were fearful it might of been beyond repair,

Last year, we were looking for a heating engineer to service our boiler and sort out some other issues as we weren't happy with the large business we'd been using for a while and who were charging a fortune whilst providing a bog standard service. We then found Boiler Bunny Heating Limited and have been really happy with the work carried out (annual boiler checks, gas safety and installing a new smart thermostat).
