Chris & Ted came to install new kitchen drainage in my flat. Despite the complicated nature of the job which entailed working in a narrow spaces between and inside the kitchen units, bathroom, plus joining the pipes inside my next door neighbour flat stack pipe cabinet. Chris and Ted have proved they were professional, hardworking, and run the job smoothly and efficiently, and within few hours duration. Besides their expertise, they were humble and approachable and fun to be with, made me feel at ease and comfortable. I will not hesitate to ask their company PHD MECHANICAL to do my future jobs, and recommend them to my friends.

Alex from PHD mechanical justifies the company name.. He is highly skilled and figured out the issue which was a continuous problem and earlier two engineers were not able to do.He was quickly able to spot the issue and fix it and made sure that the heating is working properly and not have a common answer that we need to replace XYZ parts rather than the exact part which was creating issue. His nature is also friendly and polite. I would recommend him any day . PHD mechanical is great to have engineers like Alex.

Chris attended Saturday and came back today.
He’s highly professional and a quick thinker. Sorting and stopping the leak before further damage could be done.

Chris from PhD came out today he went beyond his profession sorted my broken toilet and even helped with the radiator in my front room if we had more Chris's in this company all would be good
