Doing a few reviews today for the first time - Thrilled! Ben has fixed my boiler for a £190 when British Gas have refused on my cover and then said I needed new! I left it a few weeks before leaving feedback to make sure its still working and its great. This man is very knowledgeable - he came recommended and I would recommend again and again - and he arrived when he said he would too.

Didn't turn up as arranged, didn't answer phone calls asking why, heard nothing since.
