Want to make sure everybody sees how bad they are!!
Such a scam, full of lies and hiding behind talking all the time and not letting you have your say! We should have read the reviews before calling this company.
They came to check our boiler and charged us £300+ just for the diagnostics and recommended a repair over £1300.
When we disputed the way they conducted the day and the work (always prolonging the time it will take to finish up, leaving us with a radiator that stopped working because of their work) they went on the defensive and threatened to remove the work they did, never giving us the chance to address our concerns.
They are so well in tune with how they work and what they say, this is a 2 man business (Simon on the call, Stephen working) and they speak exactly the same way, manipulative and disregarding facts.
We will take action against this company as it seems they are doing this to most of the people.
Awful company and on top of that awful manners from people especially Simon. Stephen was the one doing the work, and the one that keeps interrupting you when you want to have a say.
Just ask them approximately how long they'll need to work on something and see them go in circles and by the time you realise they stack the bill up so much you can't say a word before they threaten to dismantle parts.
Worst service ever, by the worst company ever - such cheaters should not be able to conduct business anywhere!
If anyone reading this has a boiler issue, no hot water, or some other emergency and you need someone right away, KEEP LOOKING until you find someone reliable and trustworthy because these guys are not that! They will bleed your wallet (and your water tank) dry and your £150 fix it job turns into a £2,500 nightmare. I have since found the £877.69 + VAT in parts quoted actually retail for about £210, including VAT. The engineer then had the audacity to tack on £49 in parking and £30 in congestion zone charges. I have no bloody clue where he parked as he sat in van the whole time and I don't live in the congestion zone. Their ADDRESS is in the congestion zone. Bottom line, best advice you'll ever get for a boiler repair is to look elsewhere.
The service was rapid and professional though, but seemed very expensive. I don't have good benchmarks, so to state the facts it was £75 per hour and ended up costing us £2k to fix a boiler.
