DBL did my complete heating system with the conversation to combi. Also fitted new bathroom furniture and plumbing. They did an excellent job, while within schedule and competitive prices. Would definitely be the first to call regarding any heating and plumbing works!

Unfortunately despite the otherwise excellent reviews I have been badly let down by Dan.
I booked a gas safe certificate but after a week and no cert. I called to be told the appointment was missed. ( no show ) The second attempt was also a disappointment as his engineer did not have the info I sent him by text. Since then I have not had an explanation. I would not usually complain, but in this instance potentially peoples safety were compromised. I found a reliable company to do instead.

Terrible do not recommend this company at all. My boiler was not working and all they were trying to persuade me was to change it. They said the heat exchanger is leaking (which was not true and it was quite clear) and the boiler is too old (not true as well) and I must change it. I brought another plumber; he changed the fan and the boiler is working fine. They charged me £95+ VAT for doing nothing and spending less than 10 minutes on my boiler. There is a lot more profit for these guys to change boilers than repairing them and that is why they push for changing boilers, which is not needed in most of the cases. I can see the late response from DBL plumbing after almost 2 weeks of leaving the review, the response is not true and honest, I brought two other plumbers and they both said that the heat exchanger is fine. The water was from the heavy rain and through the flu. They did not give me any option, they were pushing for replacing the boiler as I stated above. At the moment the fan is just changed and the boiler is woking fine,they did not give me the option of changing the fan. They did not do any inspection. They even told me that they will refund the charge if I give them the boiler replacement job.
