My boiler decided to stop working a few months ago and I was left without any hot water or heating. These guys were recommended to me so I gave them a call. I work during the day so I rang first thing in the morning (around 6:30am). My call was answered more or less straight away and I explained my problem to the lady over the phone. I had an engineer out to my house that afternoon who fixed my problem within a few hours. The customer service and professionalism of the staff was fantastic and I can thoroughly recommend this company. I am now signed up to one of their boiler care plans and they even ring me once in a while to see if my central heating is working ok.

Great response when our boiler broke down, a new part was needed but these guys were back within two days to sort it. Everyone I've spoken to on the phone has been very polite and helpful as have anyone that's been to the house.

Fantastic company to deal with. We are investing in Solar PV and Battery storage for our property and wanted to know the ins and outs of such a system. The team were very professional and answered all my questions and put my mind at rest. Thanks :)

Had an issue with my boiler, we had no hot water water or heating. I rang customer services and they sent out an engineer immediately. He arrived within 30 mins and within the hour we were back up and running. Really professional and helpful.

My Landlord uses Renuvo,arrived home with a card through the door saying an Engineer had called and no one home,I never received an appointment so made another appointment for the following week.The engineer arrived and said my gas meter was leaking so he called Cadent who came and said the nipple had been snapped off! a few days later receive a letter from Renuvo saying third and final warning that I missed my appointment.Someone isn't doing there job properly!!

They had an engineer out same day when my boiler broke down and he was very polite as were the office staff. Would recommend highly!

Abysmal company to deal with! I was approached by a salesman in October 2020 who said I ticked all the boxes for solar heating via the green homes grant, he went round the house taking photos so he knew which direction my roof (SOUTH) was facing and my loft was converted into an annex.
My voucher was issued in January 2021 I had no communications for months until the voucher was about to expire. I was told to renew the voucher and I will be contacted soon.
The voucher was about to expire, again and was told to renew it. When my voucher was due to expire for a 3rd time I was told that there might be an issue with the solar install as my roof has an annex. All this was known to the sales man who visited the property in October 2020. As my voucher was about to expire they wanted me to renew it, knowing they would keep stringing me along I asked for the installers to come out and survey the property. Renuvo said they will contact me within the week and I should renew the voucher again. Against my better judgement, I renewed the voucher again, but true to their word they did arrange an installer to come out and survey the property.
With the issue for them being the annex I thought the installer would want to go and have a look at that, he asked to see the rear roof. When he saw the roof, he stated that it is not south facing and I am not eligible to have the solar heating. After he left I checked the direction of my rear roof, it is indeed south facing. I used a compass, a smart phone and google maps.
I'm glad I didn’t let these cowboys carry out any work on my home. Avoid!!!!

I cannot fault Renuvo. They have looked after my heating system for the past 3 years and always respond quickly whenever I need them. Very professional and highly recommend 👍
