Craig and Craig were great and excellent. They agreed to do the job within few minutes. Their charges were very reasonable. They installed my new gas on glass hob, glass splash back and new tap. They were very professional, friendly and neat. They knew what needed to be done right away and did the job quickly and easily. I was so relaxed when they were doing the job. I recommend them 100%. Hope this review will help for people who looking for professional gas and plumbing engineers for reasonable charges.

Brilliant job - I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Highfield plumbing.
I called Chris as I had a leak from a bathroom basin waste which had caused water damage to my oak vanity unit drawer. He responded the same day to check it and quote for a repair.
He and his colleague, also called Chris, were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
They returned 2 days later to fix it and were even able to repair the damaged drawer. He also repaired a leaky washer in a radiator in less than 5 mins whereas a different local plumber had said it was a big job and he would have to drain down the whole heating system to do it! I know who I will be dealing with in future.

Craig was amazing. He was working elsewhere when I called him to let him know that I had a vulnerable tenant with no hot water or heating. After he completed his job he called to mine on a Friday night at 7pm and sorted it for me. A true gent with an attitude of a saint.

Would highly recommend this company. Boiler had been dripping water after every time it finished and other companies had told me to just get a whole new system. Got in touch with Highfield and they came out and replaced the broken part and serviced it at a fair price as well. He also fixed a valve that had blown on the upstairs cylinder and again at a fair price. Couldn’t do enough for me. Never once pushed more work then needed on me. Won’t be going anywhere else now

Craig came within 30 minuets, assessed what we needed and was there doing the job on the day we agreed upon. We had a complete heating system, boiler, radiators, pipe work the lot. He did a fantastic job and i would recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber. He gave us a 1st class service. Thank you Craig.

We called Craig after our boiler broke and left us with no heating or hot water. As a vulnerable customer he came out the same night (Friday) and fixed it to ensure we had the heating over the weekend. He didn't charge for the callout and he returned the following week, as agreed, and due to all the boiler problems, both him and Kieran installed a new one for us. They were both professional and completed the work with a great caring attitude. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
I would definitely recommend Highfield and will use their services again, should the need arise.

Over the last couple of years, Highfields have installed a new kitchen for us, fitted a new shower, added a radiator to the utility room, plumbed in a washer and serviced our boiler. Today they arrived at short notice to carry out a small repair to our boiler. We highly recommend them due to their professional service.
